Maximilian Bartosch is a financial advisor at Gerd Kommer Invest GmbH. His work focuses on all areas of customer acquisition and consulting as well as portfolio management. He is also responsible for the real estate department, which deals with issues relating to direct real estate investments.
He is an IHK-certified real estate loan broker and completed the intensive course to become a Certified Real Estate Investment Analyst (CREA) at the top of his year. The IRE|BS and DVFA certified program provides specialist knowledge in real estate valuation, project development and investment analysis.
He also holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in business administration with a focus on banking, insurance and investment management from the University of Leipzig. He completed his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in business administration at the OTH Regensburg with a focus on finance. A stay abroad took him to Latvia.
During his studies, Maximilian Bartosch gained practical experience in financial controlling. Most recently, he worked as a research analyst in the areas of private equity and M&A.
In his free time, Maximilian Bartosch pursues his passion for the martial art Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. In summer he enjoys mountain biking in the Bavarian mountains or relaxing with friends on the Isar.
