Markus Moser is authorized signatory, head of compliance and data protection officer Gerd Kommer Invest GmbH. He is responsible for the company's compliance with legal and ethical requirements, which are very important to the company.
In 2019, Markus Moser passed the second state law examination at the Munich Higher Regional Court.
During his studies and his traineeship, he worked, among other things, in the legal department of a large life insurance company, a notary's office and a large law firm in the areas of M&A and capital market law.
Before joining Gerd Kommer Invest GmbH, Markus Moser worked for several years in a medium-sized law firm in the area of banking and capital markets law. The focus was on victims in the area of investment fraud.
In his free time, Markus Moser loves spending time with his wife and friends in the various bouldering halls in Munich. Weekends are often used for board games with friends. In summer you can often find him on the beach volleyball court.
