The L&G Gerd Kommer Multifactor Equity UCITS ETF USD Distributing ETF (ISIN: IE000FPWSL69, WKN: WELT0B) and the L&G Gerd Kommer Multifactor Equity UCITS ETF USD Accumulating ETF (ISIN: IE0001UQQ933, WKN: WELT0A) (both hereinafter: “the ETF”) is an investment fund under Irish law. The administration and management is carried out by LGIM Managers (Europe) Limited, 70 Sir John Rogerson’s Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland (hereinafter: “LGIM”).

Gerd Kommer Invest GmbH (hereinafter: “GKI”) developed the concept of the index underlying the ETF in collaboration with Solactive AG and LGIM. LGIM licenses the Solactive AG index as part of the administration and management of the ETF.

When managing the ETF, LGIM is bound solely by the requirements contained in the ETF's sales prospectus and management regulations. When managing the ETF, LGIM is neither bound to instructions from the GKI nor is LGIM advised by the GKI.

The GKI only supports the LGIM in the distribution of the ETF. The ETF is made known to the public on the GKI website, the concept it helped develop is presented to interested investors and, at their explicit request, explained to them how they can purchase ETF shares.
